This apple pastry was the best that I have since, um... 10 years ago? Yes, it's quite difficult to find the perfect apple pie (or pastry) around here. They are always too sweet.

A Slice of Lava Cake

A cup of tea in the afternoon? Well, I already had one this morning.
So I chose to bake six small lava cakes to complete my day. Six chocolate cakes with melting chocolate inside it. Yummy.
