This apple pastry was the best that I have since, um... 10 years ago? Yes, it's quite difficult to find the perfect apple pie (or pastry) around here. They are always too sweet.
Though this is definitely not my husband choice for a snack, but I'm sure this is one of my favorites.
It is easy to make, and also delicious. Another perfect (quick) snack for tea time. Or coffee break.
