A Slice of Lava Cake

Yummy!

A cup of tea in the afternoon? Well, I already had one this morning.

So I chose to bake six small lava cakes to complete my day. Six chocolate cakes with melting chocolate inside it. Yummy.

And, oh, they were so easy to make.

These cup sized fine baked lava cakes turned out to be better than the KFC's molten cake that my husband bought, the day before.

And it was a perfect snack for watching our favorite TV show, Castle.

Melting chocolate...

A lazy cozy night at home... before getting back on the horse and finishing my pretest evaluation.
